Raheel Nabi Shah, 20, from Karachi, reports that he and his family has been unable to vote because several important officers at his designated polling station did not turn up.

According to Raheel, the presiding officer at Absa School for Deaf and Dumb (block code 402 and 301) in NA250 and PS113 of Karachi said that these officers were not present at the city courts earlier at the training, and there were slim chances of them turning up now.

He also reported that the presiding officer did not have a list of the 1000 + people who were meant to vote at the said station, and therefore, could not help.
